If you're cancelling because you want to make a change on your booking, you can make changes easily using our app.
- From the bottom navigation bar, go to the "Jobs" tab, select the Upcoming section and select the booking you wish to modify.
- To change the date or time or address, Under "Booking Details": click the "Edit" button located next to what you want to change.
- To change your payment method, Under "Pay with" click the "Edit" button located next to the current payment method selected.
If you still wish to cancel your booking, click on the "Manage Booking" button at the bottom of the screen and then select cancel my booking.
Please note that changes and cancellations can only be made up till 6 hours before the start of the service. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the start time will incur late cancellation fee.
