If you still wish to cancel your booking, click on the Manage Booking button at the bottom of the screen and select Cancel the booking option. You will be asked to provide a reason for cancellation before the order is cancelled.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the start time will incur a late cancellation fee. Changes and cancellations can be made without charge as long as they are done more than 6 hours before the start of the service. Read more about our cancellation policy and fees here.
