To change the number of cleaners or the duration of your home cleaning service, please follow these steps on the mobile app:
- From the bottom navigation bar go to the Jobs tab, select the Upcoming section and select the booking you wish to modify.
- Under the Service Details section you can click on the Edit button which will allow you to modify the number of cleaners, the duration of your service and allow request for cleaning materials as well.
*Do note that all change requests are subject to approval depending on the availability of cleaners and the time of submission. Once your request for change is accepted/rejected, you will receive a notification on the app.
