To change the date/time of your service, please follow these steps on the mobile app:
- From the bottom navigation bar go to the Jobs tab, select the Upcoming section and select the booking you wish to modify.
- Under the Booking Details section you can click on the Edit button which will allow you to modify the date/time of your service.
*Do note that all change requests are subject to approval depending on the availability of cleaners and the time of submission. Once your request for change is accepted/rejected, you will receive a notification on the app.
