Customers are able to select their preferred cleaner/technician only while booking certain types of services (these include Home Cleaning, various options under Salon at Home, Handyman service). Only the cleaners/technicians available in the selected area at the required date/time are shown.
For all other services, we cannot guarantee that the same technician/beautician/therapist will be assigned to your booking if you are using the book again option from the mobile app.
If you would like to request the same cleaner on a regular basis, it is recommended that you book a weekly cleaning service. For one time home cleaning service, availability of the previously used cleaner is not guaranteed.
