All booked services have a 30 min arrival window from the time that you have selected for your service.
Example: If your chosen service time is 4.00PM, then the job start time would be between 4.00PM - 4.30PM.
Once the job start window ends and the service crew still has not arrived, please follow these steps to "Report a delay":
- In your Upcoming jobs tab, please select the service that you want to report the delay for.
- Click on the Manage Booking button at the bottom of the service details page.
- You will find an option to Report a delay at the top. Selecting this will create an urgent ticket and will notify our support team who will then contact you on priority with further updates about your service.
*Please note that you will only be able to see the "Report a delay" option once the 30 mins job start time window has passed.
