Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure child essentials are available (e.g. favourite toys, diapers, baby essentials)
- Provide clear instructions for routines or special needs (e.g. allergies, nap times, meal times, bedtime)
- Inform the babysitter of house rules or restrictions (e.g. limited screen time)
- Provide accurate booking details (number of hours, number of children, location, date, time)
- Ensure a safe environment for the child
- Share emergency instructions if needed
- Be available for communication during the booking if required
