You can make changes to your bookings easily using the ServiceMarket app.
1. From the bottom navigation bar, go to the "Jobs" tab, select the Upcoming section and select the booking you wish to modify.
2. To change the date or time or address, Under "Booking Details": click the "Edit" button located next to what you want to change.
3. To change your payment method, Under "Pay with" click the "Edit" button located next to the current payment method selected.
**All change requests are subject to approval depending on the availability and the time of submission. Once your change request is accepted/rejected, you will receive a notification on your ServiceMarket app.
Please note that changes and cancellations can only be made up till 24 hours before the start of the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start date/time will incur late cancellation charges.
