If you’d like to start the job earlier than scheduled, please contact the customer first to check if it’s okay.
You can do this by:
- Calling the customer via masked call
- Chatting with the customer through the in-app messaging
Once the customer agrees, you can proceed. If not, please wait until the scheduled time to begin the job.
Important! If the customer does not respond or doesn’t confirm, please stick to the original scheduled time.
